A RETREAT FOR FUT URE STUDENT LEADERS

About Us The Multicultural and Leadership Development Center (MLD) cultivates a campus-wide community which celebrates diversity, empowers students to grow beyond their personal barriers, strengthens students’ understanding of diversity and social responsibility, and develops students’ leadership skills. Our center promotes academic leadership and personal growth. Our vision is to nurture a generation of ethical and knowledgeable leaders who contribute to the ever growing global society. The Frosh Mosh Peer Mentor Program is a group of highly trained student leaders who host student led presentations and interactive workshops throughout the weekend. In the fall semester they will mentor participants from the Frosh Mosh Multicultural Leadership Development Institute.

“We are all different, which is very great because we are all unique. Without diversity life would be very boring.”
