Primula

Hidden Treasures This trend is the result of successful breeding. All series have the right combination of modern breeding characteristics and botanical ‘Wild’ looks. Hidden Treasures consists of our primrose series which survive under any circumstances: bad weather, rain or snow, but also sun and spring heat. In the city or the countryside, in flower pots on a balcony or in cottage gardens. It doesn’t matter where; it’s always a pleasure to keep these new ‘wilds’ with their outstanding qualities. The best of both worlds, old botanical characteristics combined with modern breeding. Hidden Treasures is an interesting theme for growers, trade and retail. Get yourself enchanted and be convinced of both the outstanding quality and the particular nature of these plants, for example the Little Queen primrose in the colour violet. Or by the Gold Nugget series in five attractive colours that last up to minus 3-5°C. It’s a trend, that’s only just starting. To sell Hidden Treasures as a higher value concept a special pot is available. Your Florensis sales representative can provide you with more detailed information about this interesting concept.

Little Queen Native “Cowslips” have not always been a staple ingredient of our gardens. But after they started to become part of the assortment of nurseries and garden centres again, they are increasingly used in plantings. This primrose is still very close to the botanic primrose. It is uniform in habit and available in a strong coloured mix and two strong separate colours. Very suitable for outdoor use in patio containers and other combinations. Suitable for January and February sales. Primula veris Little Queen 17160 Red
