Ingredients Serves 4 2

large ripe organic avocados ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper 2 medium organic tomatoes 1 tbsp finely chopped white onion ½ tbsp finely minced garlic 2 tsp Gandalf Spirulina™ powder Fresh lime juice to taste

Mash the avocados. Add all other ingredients and blend well.
