When did it all start, what kind of path did you go through
Even though I was thinking about becoming a journalist, I spontaneously decided to receive my education in business and applied to ESM in 2000. I started to work when I was a junior at my university. My first workplace was “Galt and Taggart Securities” that was the first Georgian Investment Bank in the sense of corporative finances. It was followed by the Art Group, where I worked as a Marketing Manager. I have contributed a lot in introducing ZARAPHANA a company new to the market in 2006. Due to being the Commercial Director of the Company I was directing PRESTO, a sister company of the Bank of Georgia and I have implemented a lot more projects as an independent consultant. Nowadays I am leading staff which would be comprised of more than 200 employees by the end of the year and they are working for the companies such as the FRESCO supermarket net, Restaurant VERANDA, café LONDON and the Development Company NEW GEORGIAN STANDARD GROUP. What was your motivation at the beginning of your carrier and how has it changed since then?
My motivation has not changed since then or it has changed slightly. It is natural that my motivation was to become financially independent, to be self-realized, to do things in which I was interested myself, to constantly be in a creative process and make significant decisions. The difference is that in the past I wanted to work only in big companies as I considered them as successful. But now I know for sure that even working with a 5 personnel group could be successful having bigger turnout and profit than a 1000 personnel. The dream position and condition for Nino Absanadze.
Recently I have been tended to make my own business and made serious steps in this direction. Later a person showed up in my life, I enjoyed working with that person a lot. I think that now I am in the right place. Currently I am leading quite a big staff, I make independent decisions and I enjoy the fact that my decisions enhance the temp of the company development.
როდის დაიწყო ყველაფერი, რა გზა გაიარე?
მიუხედავად იმისა, რომ ჟურნალისტობაზე ვფიქრობდი, ბიზნეს განათლების მიღება სპონტანურად გადავწყვიტე და 2000 წელს ESMში ჩავაბარე. მუშაობა მესამე კურსზე დავიწყე და პირველი სამსახური იყო „Galt and taggart securities” - პირველი ქართული საინვესტიციო ბანკი, კორპორატიული ფინანსების კუთხით. ამას მოჰყვა „არტი ჯგუფი“, სადაც მარკეტინგის მენეჯერი ვიყავი. დიდი წვლილი შევიტანე „ზარაფხანას“ ბაზარზე ახლიდან წარდგენის საქმეში, 2006 წელს. იქიდან გამომდინარე, რომ კომპანიის კომერციული დირექტორი ვიყავი. ვხელმძღვანელობდი „საქ. ბანკის“ შვილობილ კომპანია „პრესტოს“ და როგორც დამოუკიდებელ კონსულტანტს სხვა არაერთი პროექტი განმიხორციელებია. დღეს ვხელმძღვანელობ კომპანიების ჯგუფს, სადაც წლის ბოლოსთვის უკვე 200 თანამშრომელზე მეტი დასაქმდება, ესაა სუპერმარკეტების ქსელი „ფრესკო“, რესტორანი „ვერანდა“, კაფე „ლონდონი“ და სამშენებლო– დეველოპერული კომპანია „ნიუ ჯორჯიან სტანდარდს გრუპ“. რა მოტივაცია გქონდა კარიერული განვითარების დასაწყისში და შეიცვალა ის თუ არა?
ჩემი მოტივაცია არ შეცვლილა, შესაძლოა, მცირე ცვლილებები განიცადა. ბუნებრივია, მინდოდა ფინანსური დამოუკიდებლობა, მინდოდა ვრეალიზებულიყავი, მინდოდა საინტერესო საქმის კეთება, მინდოდა მუდმივად შემოქმედებით პროცესში ყოფნა, მნიშვნელოვანი გადაწყვეტილებების მიღება. განსხვავება ის არის, რომ ადრე დიდი კომპანიის მართვის სურვილი მქონდა და მხოლოდ ასეთი კომპანიები მიმაჩნდა წარმატებულად. დღეს ზუსტად ვიცი, არ არის აუცილებელი წარმატებულ კომპანიაში უამრავი ადამიანი მუშაობდეს და შესაძლებელია, 5 ადამიანთან ერთად უფრო დიდი ბრუნვა და მოგება დააგენერირო, ვიდრე კომპანიაში 1000 თანამშრომლით.
