If you sell nutritional products, I'm sure I don't have to convince you of how critical it is to take proper levels of supplements every day for optimal health. The problem becomes, how to convince OTHERS to take them...especially if you sell high-quality products that many people may consider "expensive". When I was actively working my MLM business, I tried and tried to sell my nutritional products using my company's brochure, but couldn't. I also found that when I did sell these products, I had a very low reorder rate. So I made a list of the "reasons" my customers gave me for why they didn't reorder. The most common one was, "I still have plenty of vitamins in the box." Meaning, they didn't use the vitamins as directed - they took them when they "felt" like it. With these two issues needing to be solved, I hired a marketing company to find out:

Send the brochures in the mail • After you meet with a prospect • After you speak with a prospect on the phone • To new product customers along with a “Thank You” note

• To owners of health food stores, yoga instructors, gym owners, massage studios, etc. Introduce yourself and tell them you’re interested in health and wellness too. Ask if you can stop by their place of business leave some of these brochures for their clients. • Send them to past customers who cancelled their orders and ask them to renew.

On top of free newspaper stands

Leave them with a tip on your bed for the maid in hotel rooms

Punch a hole on one corner, put a rubberband through it and hang them on doorknobs in neighborhoods. You can contact apartment complex rental offices and housing developments and ask if you can hang them on tenants’ doors.

Set up a table or booth at a Church event or local health events

Join your local Chamber of Commerce and give them out at weekly Chamber networking events. You can also ask to include them in the “new mover” packs they send out monthly to people who request information about moving to your town.

Contact your local “Welcome Wagon” or neighborhood welcoming group and ask if you can insert your brochure in their welcome bags.

Small community newspapers or magazines – Many of them allow advertisers to put inserts into the magazines or newspapers. You could put a brochure with your contact information on it in each one!

Put a sign on your car that advertises “Interested in better health? Call 888-555-1212 For A Free Brochure “What Do Vitamins Do For Me?” Then you can mail them to prospects who call or call them back and schedule a one-on-one appointment.
