Cost--$20 per person (includes lunch). 3:15pm--Special After Event Concert by The Chapman University Singers This choral group under the direction of Stephen Coker will present choral works of Victoria, Brahms, Benjamin Britten, Eric Whitacre, and Hyo-won Woo. This highly-select 34-voice mixed choir will also perform international folk songs as well as opera selections from the Bel Canto era. Founded in 1963 by William D. Hall, the University Singers have been acclaimed throughout the world, performing from the Vatican to the Hollywood Bowl. Chapman University is the second largest Disciples of Christ school, offering a strong liberal arts and preprofessional education for just over 7,500 students. It is located in Orange, CA, an hour south of Los Angeles.
