Once again, the CDC was awarded 3 Stars by the state’s Department of Human Services. This year’s score of 6.25 out of a possible 7 is the highest score the CDC has ever received. Michael Valentine’s new CD, Tapestries of Praise, was recorded in the majestic sanctuary of First Baptist Nashville. Many of these selections have been sung during church services. This recording utilizes the incredible gifts and talents of Carol Butler at the Steinway piano, Stephen Aber at the magnificent Schantz organ, and Beverly Drukker playing the violin. Cost is $15.

Can’t seem to find something you’ve been looking for? We have many things we’ve been collecting in the office that may have been lost by you and found by us. Some of these items include eye glasses, Bibles, articles of clothing, and much more. We are sorting through and donating or tossing things at the end of every month.

These may be purchased directly from Michael by contacting him at 512.9972 or by email at These recordings may be purchased following worship.
