New England FOOLS Fall Training New England FOOLS Fall Training, sponsored by Topsham (ME) Fire Department had almost 50 firefighters attending. Evolutions consisted of drills in vertical ventilation; TIC-led residential search; forcible entry under fire; vent-enter-search; tactical thermal imaging; can confidence; forcible entry with rotary saws; and bailouts and ladder bails.
