Hosted by the Old Town Chamber of Commerce, the annual Old Town San Diego Art Festival lets visitors wander down the streets of Old Town and take in the work of more than 100 contemporary artists. Mission Bay Triathlon When: Oct. 6 Where: Mission Bay Admission: $85 More than 1,600 competitors from around the country will return for the XTERRA Wetsuits Mission Bay Triathlon, a one-of-a-kind triathlon on Fiesta Island. Participants will swim a half-kilometer, bike 15, then finish out with a 5k run. kozevents.com
