Fall into Healthy Habits Starting Monday, September 30th I invite you to participate in our wellness challenge. Creating healthy habits can be hard at first. I’d like to help hold you accountable. There will be packets available outside of the Wellness office that will help you create and track new habits. The purpose of this challenge is not to “be better” than other people. This challenge is designed to help you challenge yourself.

The goal is to improve from the first week of tracking to the last week of tracking.
