What you earn depends on you. You are in TESTIMONIALS control of the hours you work, and how many listings you would like in one go. You can control the fee that you charge. Andrew has been in Estate Agency for over 30 years and has spent that time working in and around the Woking and Guildford areas.

Andrew is a fellow in the National Association of Estate Agents, and is also ARLA qualified, enabling him to fully advise clients on all aspects of the property market. Living locally to the Guildford area, Andrew has great knowledge of the villages around Guildford, including Worplesdon, Mayford and those villages South of Woking, together with town centre properties, including those on The Hockering private estate. Natasha has been in Estate Agency for over 20 years now. Having previously worked within the conveyancing field for 9 years prior, Natasha has seen both sides of the transaction, and is therefore ideally placed to help both sellers and buyers should any unexpected legal problems occur during your sale. During her Estate Agency career, Natasha has worked solely in and around the Woking area, and has a particular understanding of the Horsell market. She is qualified as a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, and the Association of Residential Letting Agents, and has an excellent insight into local market conditions together with the benefits of buying in and around Woking. Dan began his career at the young age of 18, after initially studying to be a bricklayer. He has spent the last 9 years working in the luxury sales markets of Farnham, Camberley, and now Woking.

Each market offers a variety of house types and characters, meaning Dan has experienced most types of property, from Tudor through to Georgian, Victorian and more modern.
