FIVE DOUBLE BEDROOMS AND FOUR RECEPTION ROOMS LARGE GARDEN, PARKING, AND DOUBLE GARAGE

Babylon was designed and built to provide the ideal family home. With careful planning to consider the needs of all its occupants, this impressive five double bedroom property sits in a commanding position in this peaceful rural village. With far reaching views to the front and rear of the property, this rural setting hides the fact that the county town of Carmarthen is less than twenty minutes’ drive away. The house was built in the centre of two individual building plots, which has surrounded the house with large gardens, along with a peaceful private feel. The same attention was taken in the construction of this spacious residence, with poured concrete floors on the first floor and underfloor heating throughout the property. Ample parking to the front is complemented by an integral double garage. You enter the property from the enclosed porch which leads into the double height entrance hallway. This reception space opens into the main living areas in the house and to the first floor via an oak staircase. The main living room runs from the front to the back of the house, with an exposed brick fireplace as its focal point. There is a secondary sitting room at the front of the property, ideal as a more intimate reception space or perfect children’s playroom. A formal dining room opens into the impressive double height sunroom which looks out over the garden. To the side of the dining room an archway leads into the spacious kitchen, which can also be accessed from the central hallway. The well equipped kitchen would be a joy to cook in, and benefits from a separate utility room that leads through to a porch along with one of the two cloakrooms on this level. A good sized office that overlooks the gated driveway at the front of the house completes the accommodation on this level. On the first floor are five double bedrooms, with three benefiting from ensuite bath or shower rooms, along with a well appointed family bathroom. The very impressive master bedroom offers ample space in its main room, with the added bonus of a dressing room and laundry cupboard to complement its spacious ensuite. For those looking for the perfect family home in a convenient, peaceful, position Babylon offers a huge amount to a potential buyer. The planning that has gone into creating a property that will comfortably house a growing family is truly impressive. Beautifully complementing the internal space, the gardens that surround the property would be a treat for any owner. Babylon combines this wonderful feeling of space both inside and out to form an ideal home that will bring joy to its owners for years to come.
