We also have paddocks that we currently rent out as well as stables and a manege, so if the new owners wanted to keep horses the property has all the facilities they would need.” “One of my favourite rooms in the house is the TV room,” says the owner. “It’s a less formal and more cosy-feeling space, and it has one set of French doors that lead into the conservatory and another that lead straight out onto the garden, so it’s wonderfully light and bright and has a really nice connection with the outside space.” “Here we’ve been able to enjoy a real taste of country living, however we’ve never felt isolated,” says the owner. “We have Market Bosworth just up the road, which is a lovely little market town and I can be in the city centre of Leicester in around twenty minutes, so everything is relatively accessible.
