The sea, on the other end, seems to be reacting to the injustice received and wanting to regain its rights, and so joins the wind and flares the coast sometimes with violence, but is rejected by high bastions, by real walls, formed by volcanic rocks . This contrast between powerful and immense forces, of strong colors, of high mountains and infinite seas makes the Canary Islands absolutely fascinating. I would say bewitching, mesmerizing, seductive like the song of the sirens narrated in the Odyssey. And so, on leaving to go back to Italy, we assume to go back to follow new itineraries, but in reality to relive the beautiful experience that we leave behind. My feelings have been fully shared by my travel companions and members of the Moto Club Roma, who have cheered me with their presence and honored me with their precious friendship. Thanks to my wife, Cecilia, always (or almost) ready to follow me perched on the rear seat of the bike, and to Davide, Oreste, Chiara, Roberto, Rita, Fabrizio and Carlo for having once again shared the fabulous adventure that only a trip by motorbike can give.
