MANAGEMENT CLERK TEMPORARY POSITION – REPLACEMENT FOR EMPLOYEE ON MATERNITY LEAVE • BASIC FUNCTION OF THE POSITION
Provides a wide range of office management, technical and logistical support to the Management Officer, as well as the broader Embassy community. Handles all correspondence and filing, maintains the calendar of the Management Officer, handles phone inquiries, prepares routine cables, drafts and distributes management notices. For broader Embassy Community, employee serves as content webmaster for Embassy Intranet site, assists Protocol Assistant with major events. Acts as primary LES POC for all logistical issues related to VIP visits.
• QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED 1. EDUCATION: Completion of college studies is required. 2. EXPERIENCE: Must have at least two years of experience in administration, including experience in interpretation/translation. 3. LANGUAGE: English language ability - Level IV (fluent) (will be tested), and Montenegrin language - Level IV (fluent) is required. 4. KNOWLEDGE: Must be proficient in use of computers, and must have excellent word processing/spreadsheet, database and SharePoint management skills. 5. SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to independently organize and manage the correspondence and records is required. Must be tactful with good communication and interpersonal skills.
