The renowned chef and TV personality will work with Compass Group across the island of Ireland, promoting the importance of locally sourced produce and Irish suppliers as well as developing the Group’s hospitality offering at the Aviva Stadium. This new partnership reinforces Compass Group Ireland’s commitment to working with local Irish sup-

pliers to ensure the best quality service to clients and customers. As part of this collaboration, Neven will partner with Compass Group Ireland at the Aviva Stadium on its premium and corporate food offering. The premium level restaurant will have menus designed by Neven using Compass Group’s Irish suppliers. Corporate boxes will also have Neven Maguire inspired menus and Neven and his team of chefs will partner with Compass Group chefs to deliver these menus on match days. Fiacra Nagle, managing director, Compass Group Ireland said: “We are delighted to partner with Neven Maguire in what is set to be an exciting year for both Neven and Compass Group Ireland. BWG Foodservice Secures €15m Contract

WG Foodservice, part of leading Irish wholesale and retail group BWG Foods, has secured a €15 million three year contract from First Choice Purchasing following a competitive tender process. The deal will see BWG Foodservice partner with First Choice Purchasing to become the primary supplier of chilled, frozen and ambient goods to Ireland’s

leading hotels and Nursing Homes. John Moane, Managing Director of BWG’s Wholesale Division, which includes BWG Foodservice, said the company’s partnership approach, along with its ability to deliver value, and emphasis on high service standards, were all key factors in securing the First Choice Purchasing contract.
