The singers are positioned in the performing place in four groups: front (SATB), left (SATTB), right (ATBB) and back (SSA). Back group can also be situated up in a balcony or such if possible. Singers in groups left, right and back are standing near to each other. Front group is more about being four individuals than a group.

Speaking is marked with X-noteheads. When certain kind of intonation is wanted, 3-line staff is used. Upper line represents high speaking voice, middle line normal speaking voice and third line low speaking voice. Singers should always use their own comfortabe speaking range and avoid using the same pitches as others. 1
