LOCATION Gothenburg, Sweden MAGNITUDE 99,350m² GIA 5,000km² Land Area KARLATORNET Full coordinated architectural design for a residential tower, centerpiece of a cluster of mid-rise mixed-use buildings. The 240m tall tower will accommodate a mix of single storey flats and duplexes. The podium will include a 320-keys hotel, a top-rated restaurant, a spa, a pool terrace and a rooftop observation deck overlooking the city and the waterfront. The project is currently at the equivalent of RIBA Stage 3 and it has been developed using Autodesk Revit 2017.

1,007 Apartments 18,610m² Land Area GREENWICH UPPER RIVERSIDE

Design development and technical design of the project’s Phase 2. The development comprises of five prism-shaped high-rise buildings containing private apartments and affordable housing. At their feet are located numerous pavement cafes, desInaIon restaurants and a 5-Km sculptural running trail. The second phase of the project will see 542 homes provided in three buildings of 26-, 29- and 31-stories. The project has been developed with Autodesk Revit 2017.

LOCATION Milan, Italy MAGNITUDE 370,000m² GLA 3.5Ha Land Area EX-FALK AREA REDEVELOPMENT The formerly steel factory site is part of the larger Ex-Falk Area Renzo Piano’s masterplan and will comprise an enclosed retail mall of approximate 100,000 SLP, a cinema complex, and a mixed-use retail and residential zone of approx. 1400 apartments and 136,000m² of shops. This project is currently the largest redevelopment project in Europe with a total construction value of approx. 1 Billion Euros.

LOCATION Emirate of Ajman, UAE MAGNITUDE 84,259m² BUA 28,009m² Land Area SOUTH WEST MARINA Urban design proposal for a yachting marina defined by a series of mid rise towers nestled in a sequence of gardens. The strategy proposed that the quayside be developed as an upmarket retail, dining and lifestyle destination. A floating pavilion represents the starting point for guided mangrove discovering tours and multiple water-related activities.

LOCATION Emirate of Ajman, UAE MAGNITUDE 10.8million m² BUA 5.4km² Land Area AL ZORAH RESORTS Masterplan for a tourism-focused, mixeduse development set on the coastline of Ajman. The first construction phase includes 4 marinas, a 400m long retail boardwalk and three 5 star resorts. The masterplan leverages the natural assets of the site; 2km long stretch of unspoilt coastline and 2km² of mangroves and lagoons. Al Zorah Resorts project won the International Property Awards 2014-2015 as Best Mixed-use Development in Arabia and Al Zorah Phase One is currently under construction.

LOCATION Istanbul, Turkey MAGNITUDE 140,0000m² BUA 109,000m² Land Area GALATAPORT DEVELOPMENT Redevelopment of a prime waterfront site in Istanbul into a dynamic tourism, leisure, cultural and entertainment quarter. The Istanbul International Cruise Terminal currently occupies this waterfront. The plan provided for an entirely public promenade along the 1,2km waterfront, made possible by the adoption of an innovative approach to the design of a new Cruise Terminal and Passenger Quay.

LOCATION Waterford, Ireland MAGNITUDE 107,000m² BUA 7.4Ha Land Area NORTH –QUAY REDEVELOPMENT Formally used for port related activity the site will be redeveloped into a dynamic tourism, leisure, cultural and entertainment destination. North Quay quarter will include a 47,000m² mall, 4star hotel, two office buildings, and 30,000m² of high-end apartments. The plan provides for an entirely public promenade along the 1km waterfront, connecting the linear park with a commercial plaza facing a new marina.

LOCATION London, United Kingdom MAGNITUDE 10,155m² GIA 1,395m² Land Area SHOREDITCH APARTMENTS Design proposal for a mid-rise building in the heart of Shoreditch. The building layout responds to Millenials forthcoming demand: limited modular residential units respectful of London Building Regulations and Lifetime Homes standards, spacious social lobby open to the public, 3 terraced podium coworking areas, and a shared sky garden dedicated to rooftop farming. The architectural project has been developed and fully coordinated with Autodesk Revit 2016.

LOCATION Riyadh, Saudi Arabia MAGNITUDE 50,000m² GLA 73,500m² Land Area MADINATI TOWN CENTER Proposal for a 180,000m² Lifestyle Centre in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Adapting to local social and environmental conditions, the Centre offers different amenities, comprising an enclosed Mall, a retail High Street, detached Flagship Shops, a Boutique Business Hotel and underground parking.

LOCATION Marbella, Spain MAGNITUDE 45,000m² BUA 30,000m² Land Area DISTICT M Development strategy for a dynamic waterfront neighborhood. The design proposed a modern interpretation of typical Mediterranean urban elements: public courtyards lined with shops, restaurants and galleries, active roofs, narrow streets and low-rise buildings. A pedestrian route connects the main boulevard to the beachside promenade culminating in a large public garden.

LOCATION Jeddah, Saudi Arabia MAGNITUDE 50,000m² GLA 73,500m² Land Area JEDDAH GATEWAY CITY Mixed-use masterplan project connected to the KAIA new passenger terminal. Jeddah Gateway City comprises 50,000m² of landscaped public square surrounded by hotels, 50,000m² of offices, 75,000m² of residential buildings, an enclosed mall, a conference center and themed water park. Development of concept and schematic design for the 770-units residential compound, the 19.000m² typical office building and the central square retail pavilions.

LOCATION London, United Kingdom MAGNITUDE 8,566m² GFA 1,556m² Land Area PARKVIEW MANSIONS Feasibility study for a 6-storey mixed-use building located on north of Hyde Park, London. The scheme comprises 18 double facing residential units enhanced by an elegant communal lobby entrance, and three commercial units at the ground and basement floor. Included in the development is the refurbishment of three townhouses into a 28-keys boutique hotel. The scheme also incorporates a large basement car park, a gym and a spa.

LOCATION Emirate of Ajman, UAE MAGNITUDE 70,000 m² BUA 1km² Land Area MANGROVE GOLF COURSE Proposal for the residential component of Al Zorah Golf Course Development. The residential pockets - offering townhouses and two typologies of villas – benefit from the local natural environment and leave 50% of the land area to public mangrove gardens and shared surfaces. The golf course, commissioned by Nicklaus Design, has been completed in June 2015 while infrastructure and construction works of the villas and townhouses are in advanced stages.

LOCATION Beykoz - Istanbul, Turkey MAGNITUDE 190,000m² BUA 1,9km² Land Area BEYKOZ HILL DEVELOPMENT Feasibility study for the development of a prominent 1.9km² site in the hills of the Beykoz district on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. The strategy proposed a highly sustainable, low density residential community. The approach proposed the preservation of the site’s ecology, and recognised its importance to the differentiation, positioning and value of the real estate product.

LOCATION Beirut, Lebanon MAGNITUDE 1,7million m² BUA 291,800m² Land Area NEW WATERFRONT DISTRICT Masterplan for the expansion of Beirut’s historical centre throughout a 73ha reclaimed land mass enclosed by a terraced sea defence system. The District will be developed as a vibrant mixed-use quarter including a new Marina, a Corniche Promenade and the largest public park in the city. The quarter is a development by Solidere s.a.l. and is currently under construction.

LOCATION Istanbul, Turkey MAGNITUDE 35,000m² BUA 10,000m² Land Area LEVANT TOWER Feasibility study for a 25-storey office tower located on Büyükdere Boulevard, within Istanbul’s leading Business District. The building includes tenant offices, a serviced business centre, a conference centre, a retail area on the lower floors, an exclusive restaurant on the top floor, dedicated winter gardens and an elevated public piazza.

LOCATION Marbella, Spain MAGNITUDE 6,300m² BUA 20,000m² Land Area SANCTUARY SPA HOTEL Masterplan for a low density hospitality development. The site is a privately owned beachfront plot located within Marbella’s ‘Golden Mile’. The strategy balanced environmental regulations governing the site against development benchmarks required for a commercially viable proposition. The strategy proposed fragmented programme dispersed between the protected grove of Mediterranean Pines with minimal impact.

LOCATION London, United Kingdom MAGNITUDE 7,897m² GIA 1,608m² Land Area GROSVENOR GARDENS HOUSE Feasibility assessment and management of first stage due diligence for a Dubai based fund. The strategy proposes the development of 42 luxury apartments to be branded and serviced by the neighbouring Goring Hotel, holder of a Royal Warrant of Appointment to H.M. the Queen. The market research, programme analysis and financial evaluation have been undertaken to determine the fair market value ahead of the client submitting a purchase offer.

LOCATION Küsnacht - Zürich, Switzerland MAGNITUDE 340m² GIA 1,080m² Land Area ECKERT HOUSE Design proposal for a private villa set on the green hillside of Zurich ‘Golden Horn’. The strategy focused primary on maximising lake views. The simple yet engaging geometry has been obtained moving one vertex of the bulky parallelepiped, therefore creating a gently curved south façade. The use of a thick structure made of engineered isolating concrete allowed the avoidance of a column grid and of deep excavations for foundations. Construction completed.
