BodyPump

Exercise and Physical Fitness

(13-Adult) BodyPump is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. Challenge all of your major muscle groups by using the best weightroom exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast! Senior discount does not apply to these lessons.

Our Fitness and Wellness team is dedicated to putting fun in fitness. Whether you pay the daily RECenter admission fee or purchase a longer-term pass, your admission entitles you to a variety of drop-in classes each week. RECenters also offer specialty classes for an additional registration fee.
