The INPI is a public institution, under the administrative supervision of the Ministry of Foreign Trade, the Ministry for Productive Recovery and the Minister in charge of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Innovation and the Digital Economy. It employs 742 staff spread over 22 sites. We had the pleasure of welcoming Mr Yves Lapierre, Commissioner and CEO of the French Patent and Trademark Office, for a talk that was followed by a cocktail reception at the FCCS, together with our R&D committee members.
