Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. Vina A. Adams ~ Commodity Manager In 1998 Vina joined the team at Royal Caribbean Cruises Limited, in the supply chain department as an assistant purchasing agent in Food and Beverage. Her promotion to Purchasing Agent, then Senior Purchasing Agent and finally Commodity Manager, is a direct result of her dedication, hard work and commitment to the company. As Commodity Manager in Food and Beverage Purchasing, Vina is responsible for sourcing products and negotiating contracts for vessels in North America. In addition to sourcing water, soda, beer and spirits for Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., she continues to maintain close contact with the Caribbean with whom she has worked successfully, in order to develop and enhance local purchasing. Vina was voted employee of the year in 1999.
Christopher S. Allen ~ Director, Deployment & Itinerary Planning Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises & Azamara Club Cruises Christopher Allen is the Director of Deployment & Itinerary Planning for Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Azamara Club Cruises. Christopher joined Royal Caribbean in 1997, since then he has held the position of Manager for Revenue Management as well as Director of Revenue Planning & Analysis. Prior to joining Royal Caribbean, Christopher held several roles in the commercial real estate field in Washington, D.C. Christopher grew up in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Rollins College and an MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. Christopher and his wife Wendy and triplets Chandler, William and Christopher Jr. live in Miami, Florida.
Federico Gonzalez-Denton ~ Director, Government & Community Relations, Latin America & the Caribbean Federico Gonzalez-Denton is responsible for directing RCCL's policies and objectives involving matters of government and community relations in the Caribbean and Latin American regions. His responsibilities include analyzing proposed legislative actions to determine the potential impact on the organization and develops RCCL's positions for the Caribbean and Latin American regions. Federico has been responsible for legal and government relations at international, federal and state levels and has directed legal and/or government relations departments in organizations such as AARP and Wal-Mart. In addition to his government relations work he is a licensed attorney specialized in the maritime/admiralty field having worked in well respected maritime law firms in San Juan, Puerto Rico and New Orleans, Louisiana representing clients such as Chiquita Brands and Cargill. He earned a B.A. degree in Political Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico, a J.D. degree from the Inter-American University and a LL.M. in Maritime Law from Tulane University and he is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of International Trade, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico and the Courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
