一、 适用范围 UTILITY FIELD 本机适用于装配编织管与接头、钢套的装配。 This machine is used for the assembly of hose and joint, steel sleeve.

三、 设备操作 EQUIPMENT OPERATION 1、 接通电源（必需有接地线）。 Connect to the power supply (wire must be grounded). 2、 接通气源， 设备供气总进气源必须有经过过滤器处理后的干 净气源，通过调压三联件把气压设定在≥0.6MPa。保证油 雾器油杯内有润滑油（机器动作 4-10 个工作循环，油雾器 吸出 1 滴润滑油）。 Connect to air supply; air supply equipment total air source must have after filter processing the clean air TEL: +86-13777004313

5、 脚踩脚踏开关看机器是否走动一个循环（注意：试运行时所 有气缸都会运动一次并回到初始状态，请清除机器上所有 的杂物以及操作员肢体远离工作区），如果机器没有动作， 请查看机器是否在手动挡，可以切换一下再试。 Step on the foot switch to see if machine running a cycle (Note: when running, all the cylinders will move and return to the initial state, please clean the machine and keep body away from the work area). If the machine is not action, please see if the machine is in manual operation, you can try again to switch. 6、 将对应钢套加入振动盘内（请将机器自动切换为手动，先取 出一个钢套放入模具 1 内，观察钢套是否大小合适，钢套

放入模具内应无任何阻力，且钢套不能比模具小太多，一 般有 0.1-0.3 的间隙）。 Put the corresponding cap into the vibration table (please transfer the machine to manual operation, remove a cap and place it in mould 1 to see if the cap is the right size, cap is placed in a mold internal without any resistance and cap cannot too much smaller than mould, generally have a gap of 0.1-0.3). 7、 启动振动盘，观察钢套流动是否顺畅。 start the vibration table, observe if the flow of cap is smooth. 8、 将机器手动切换为自动，并运作一个循环，观察模具 2 内是 否有钢套，如无钢套，请查看钢套是否正常进入模具 1 内。 Switch the machine from manual to automatic, and operate a cycle, observe if there is any cap inside the mould 2, if no cap inside, please see if the cap will go inside mould 1 normally. 9、 左手持编织管放入模具 4 和模具 5 沟槽内 （请先确认编织管 与钢套是否配套），管头靠在模具 4 端一挡块上，右手持 接头与螺母，放入模具 3 上。注意：左手不能伸入夹具区 内以免夹伤，右手放完接头与螺母时必需离开工作区。 left hand put hose into the mould 5 and mould 4 groove (please first confirm hose and cap are match), the hose head against the mould 4 end of block, the right hand put the joint and nut into the mould 3. enter the fixture area so as to avoid injury, the right hand must leave the work area after finish put joint and nut. 10、 踩下脚踏开关，机器自动将编织管、钢套和接头组装在一起， 请首件检查编织管，钢套和接头是否装配到位，如没有装 配到位，请让技术人员对机器夹具位置进行调试，如还无 法正常工作，请与厂家联系。 step on the foot switch, the machine will automatically assembly hose, cap and joint together, please inspect first piece of hose, cap and joints are assembled in place, if they are not assembly in place, please let technician adjust the position of the machine fixture, if still does not work, please contact with the manufacturers.
注意：技术人员对机器进行调试前请将自动切换到手动，且切断 机器气源，为防止出现夹伤。 Note: before the technician adjust machine, please switch to manual operation, and cut off the air source, in order to prevent hurt.
