安装操作说明书 INSTALL AND OPERATION MANUAL
一、简介 INTRODUCTION 变频调速式 PVC 输送机，广泛应用于流水线作业工艺流程中，其中主要特点 是安装简易，运行平稳可靠，保护装置齐全。变频调带式输送机，调速范围大且 故障率低，因而其性能远远优越于机械调速的皮带机。变频调速式输送机是现代 工业中最理想的平面输送机械。 Variable frequency speed regulation PVC conveyor, widely used in the production process, which is mainly characterized by easy installation, stable and reliable operation, complete protection device. Variable frequency and adjustable belt conveyor, wide speed range and low failure rate, so its performance is superior to the mechanical controlled speed of the belt conveyor. 三、安装和调试方法 INSTALL AND ADJUST METHOD 1、先安装脚杯 first install foot cup：
2、确定流水线安装位置，摆放流水线连接杆 determine the assembly line installation position, put the line connecting rod：
3、连接流水线支架：（注意：第一个支架不一样，连接支架时线槽方向要统一） connect belt line support: (Note: the first support is different from others, when connect all supports, the direction of wire slot should be the same)
4、先将输送机的机头、机架、连杆铝通等件按顺序连接。First connect conveyor head, machine supports, connecting rod and other parts accordingly.
5、安装电线槽 install wire slot：
6、安装灯架及围板 install light support and cover：
7、调效机架地脚，使机头平稳 adjust food of line support to make conveyor head stable：

9、侧邦铝合金放固定螺丝 fixing screw on aluminum alloy of both side：

安装输送带 install belt：

松开机尾处滚筒，套上 PVC 带后装上此滚筒 loosen the tail roller,
install this roller after install PVC belt。

安装输送带托板 install belt floor：
13、
调节机尾处张紧螺栓使 PVC 带松紧适度 adjust the tail tension bolt
to make PVC belt tightening balanced。

安装两侧工作台 install working table of both side。

安装灯架、电风扇架子（注意斜边或者有小孔边朝里装，那是电风扇螺
杆，不能装反），详见图 install the light frame, and fan shelf (note the hypotenuse or small hole side should install inside, that is fan screw, cannot anti loaded), see Figures；

安装搁板和工艺卡 install the shelf and process card：

接通电源，调整运转方向到工作方向一致，并且确认皮带运行正常 power

皮带装上所有配件后，可开机空载运行 2-3 小时，若无打滑现象或其他
问题，便可开始工作。请注意：工作的第一天，必须经常检查各部位运行情 况。After all parts of the belt installed, it can start running for 2-3 hours. If no slip phenomenon or other problems, it can begin to work. Note: at the first day of work, you must always check the running of every parts. 四、操作方法和注意事项 Operation methods and remarks A、操作方法 Operation methods 1、闭合总开关，指示灯亮 connect the general switch, indicator light on； 2、设置变频调速器的频率为 50HZ 或转速 1500 转。按变频控制面板上的正转按 钮 F.W.D 运输带便开始运作,（注意：如果运输带反向运转，则按控制面板上 的按钮 STOP 和断开总开关，断开输送电源，任意调换输送电机三相进线中的 两相线即可。出厂前我们已调好变频器的内部功能，请不要随意去更改，必 须更改时请参照变频器的使用说明书）； Set the frequency of the frequency conversion governor speed 1500 rpm
or 50HZ. Press the forward button on the frequency conversion control panel F.W.D belt line start to running. (Note: if the belt reverse running, press the “stop” button on the control panel and disconnect general switch, disconnect the running power, and exchange any two power-in wire of two-phase of three-phase transport motor. We have adjusted the internal function of the Frequency converter before EX-work. Please don't change it at will. Please refer to the instruction manual of the Frequency converter when you have to change. 3、旋转调速旋扭至所需速度 rotate speed control switch into the required speed； 4、停机时先按变频器控制面板上的停止按钮 STOP，再关掉输送总开关，指示灯 灭 when stop machine, first press “stop” button on the frequency conversion control panel, and then turn off the transfer general switch, indicator light off。 B、注意事项 REMARK 1、本机为室内设备，不宜在室外工作，工作场地不得有水淋，场地平整、坚实 this machine is indoor equipment, it is not suitable for outdoor work, the work place must not have water, the ground should be flat and solid。 2、使用电源必须符合本机的技术要求 the use of power supply must meet the technical requirements of the machine。 3、变频器内元件，出厂前已调好，请勿乱动，以免烧坏内部元件 the frequency conversion elements inside have been adjusted before EX-work, do not touch, so as not to burn the internal components。 4、进电线里有一条黄绿线，是对地线，使用前必须接地 there is a yellow green wire, it is a grounded line. It must be grounded before use the machine。 5、本机严禁用于装有易燃、易爆气体产品的工作，不得输送腐蚀性物品 this machine is strictly prohibited for use with flammable and explosive
gas products, and cannot transport corrosive items。 五、维护及保养 MAINTENANCE 1、定期为传送链条、链轮、轴承加润滑油 regularly add lubricating oil for the transmission chain, sprocket and bearing。 2、减速箱连续运行三个月后，要清洗换油一次，以后每年清洗换油一次，并随 时保持正常油量 gear box need clean and change oil once after three months of continuous running. After that, it need clean and change oil once every year, and keep the normal amount of oil all the time。 3、经常保持设备清洁、干燥、防止电气设备受潮 always keep equipment clean, dry and prevent electrical equipment from damp。 4、附电路图 circuit diagram：
