Did you know the hardest thing to do during your workout happens before the workout even starts? That’s right, just getting there is often half the battle. When the U.S. Women’s Soccer team won the World Cup just a few weeks ago I found myself getting chills. After every goal I got even more emotional watching them celebrate with a classic high five! And then it hit me. That simple gesture makes you feel so damn good. A high five conveys support, belief and even pure joy. So next time you see someone at the gym working hard I challenge you to throw up your hand for a quick high five. No words are necessary. >>>
