I NFOR M ATI O N FOR EM PLOYER S Enhancing your workforce’s skills and knowledge is good for business, encourages loyalty and helps motivate your team. The courses in this guide will unlock your employee’s potential to carry out their role and progress within the organisation. The government’s 19+ Advanced Learner Loan provides an incentive for employees to start a course, as students are often able to study without paying any upfront fees. This means they are more likely to continue their studies to a higher level and contribute more to your organisation.

If you have an employee interested in improving their career prospects, it is worth telling them about the 19+ Advanced Learner Loan which has helped many students complete courses they previously thought were out of their reach. See page 23 for more information on these government funded loans. For organisations funding their employees’ qualification, we have made the process straightforward to complete. Simply fill in your organisation’s details on the enrolment form available online and the college will invoice you for the fees. Speak to our dedicated Business Services team on 01252 407299 with any questions you may have about choosing, and enrolling, an employee on a course and remember to visit www.farn-ct.ac.uk to view full details of all our courses.
