Weighing system can be retrofitted RDS Technology is exhibiting its range of on-board weighing scales, including the Weighlog α10, specifically intended for agricultural loaders. The Weighlog α10 incorporates a 4.3in colour, sunlight-readable touchscreen display and additional physical keys. Designed to be userfriendly, it’s an on-board weighing system for trailer and hopper loading, batch blending or check weighing. Suitable for use with up to 10 different attachments such as buckets or forks, the system can be retrofitted onto compact wheeled loaders, telescopic handlers, forklifts,

Flexible approach to bale handling Attachment specialist Albutt is introducing a new bale squeezer for telehandlers, loaders and wheeled loaders. The F450 can handle a wide range of bales, wrapped silage or straw, square or round. Its heavyduty design is said to offer long-term reliability. Two gripper arms, which feature 75mm heavy-duty thick wall tube for high strength, are moved horizontally, by two hydraulic rams. Their smooth surface protects bale wrap during handling. Opening from 0.75 to 2.05m, they grip both rectangular and round bales securely. Rectangular bales can be gripped from the side or end depending on bale length. An optional bolt-on back frame allows more than one bale to be carried at a time. The handler lift capacity is 1,000kg. It comes complete with adjustable pressure-relief valves, allowing adjustment of clamp pressure, and hydraulic lock valve that locks pressure in the ram to provide hose-burst protection. Albutt can supply this new attachment with brackets for all types of telehandlers, tractor loaders and wheeled loaders. Stand 2045.

skidsteer-type loaders and tractor loaders. The system measures hydraulic pressure using up to four sensors at a certain position on the lifting cycle, compensating for pressure changes in the system. Enhanced stores capability comprising 30 products, 30 customers and up to five different recipes for animal feed mixing, dispensing and grain handling enables accurate record keeping and traceability. The system provides communication and data storage via SD card reader and USB 2.0 host,

allowing quick, safe and efficient uploading and downloading of data. Also on show is the combine moisture meter 100. Using the same moisture sensing technology as the RDS Ceres yield monitor, it’s designed to eliminate the need to make regular stops during harvesting to test grain moisture content and to help quickly identify if conditions are, or are becoming, unsuitable for combining. RDS Technology is also exhibiting its range of monitoring and measuring instruments for farming applications including the Artemis variable-rate seed drill control
