A Luxurious 200 Key Hotel, comprising of Clusters & Villas of various modules, and Amenity Buildings, the smallest being a 57sqm standard guest room module.

- Role : Preparing Drawings for DD package, Assisted in Co-ordination and Meetings with Consultants, Facade Drawings

- Software : Revit

- Position : Senior Architect (led the project from BDC & issued DD package )

Gewan Island – Doha

Located as an extension and to the northwest of the manmade Pearl Island project, Gewan Island is UDC’s latest real-estate project in the Gulf region. With its diverse urban landscape and distinct real-estate mix, the development perfectly merges comprehensive living spaces, entertainment, and retail outlets.

- Role : Worked with the Amman(Jordan) Team and issued DD drawings.

- Software : Revit

COCA-COLA ARENA, U.A.E

Dubai Arena, Citywalk

It is the first and largest fully air-conditioned, multipurpose indoor Arena in the Middle East and the only Arena to operate year-round in the region. Located within the popular urban lifestyle destination, City Walk, one of the high-end area in Dubai & off Sheikh Zayed Road.

The Arena Comprises of 15,500 seated spectators and 2000 standing spectators. It is equipped with a state-of-the-art facilities to host a number of activities like Basketball, Tennis, End Stage Seating, Half Stage, End Stage Reduced, Centre Stage and Banquet. The external part of the plot comprises of a drop- off zone, parking area for almost 2000 cars and hard landscape space (Plaza) with water pools.

- Role : Planning, Coordination, Issued SD,DD, IFC Drawings.

- Software : Revit, Navisworks.

SECOND FLOOR PLAN

IT Park – Patliputra, Patna, Approx. 1 acre site. The building comprises of parking at first and 2nd floor, small offices around 500 sq. ft to 1000 sq. ft at the lower floors. As we move on to the higher floors, offices decrease from 4 offices per floor to 2 offices per floor, and to eventually one office occupying the complete top floor. Green open spaces in the balcony were designed to create healthier ambience and increase productivity. They can also be utilized to hold meetings and other discussions, thereby encouraging engagement among one another.

- Role : Led the project directly under Associate Architect, Concept Execution, Design Development, Preparing Presentation & Drawings, Coordination, Assisting Meetings with the Consultants.

MP Housing -

Invited competition project for M.P Housing, Khajuri (approx. 28 acre project) comprising of Residential Buildings, Villas, Row Houses, Club house, and EWS Buildings. Included in a team of 5 (3 Architect & 2 Draftsman), the competition was submitted within a month of receiving the brief. Post winning, elevations with 2 different options were designed: Contemporary & Classical (Finalized).

- Role : Assisting in Master Planning, Module Planning, Designing Elevations

- Software : AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop

- Position : Junior Architect
