10 FRGs, Youth Groups, POs needed Ten Family Readiness Groups, Youth Groups or Private Organizations are needed for the first Pumpkin Decorating Contest, a new feature of this year’s Spooky Hallow. Each group will be given a pumpkin to decorate. The pumpkins will be displayed at Spooky Hallow and be accompanied by a cash box. People will vote for their favorite pumpkin by putting cash in the box. Each quarter or 300 won is worth one vote. Voting runs from 1700-1900. At that time, the money will be counted and the pumpkin getting the most votes will receive 60 percent of the total money collected, with second place getting 25% and third place 15%.
