The Ellis Fall Protection Institute The Ellis Fall Protection Institute was organized in 1991 by J. Nigel Ellis as a center for fall protection technology and knowledge. It has been developed under his guidance as organizations required more sophisticated assessment, professional hazard consultation and supervisor/manager training in fall protection to meet stronger federal and state standards.
