Head Organisers’ Vision EYP has its special atmosphere which changes us and makes open-minded, outstanding and gives a lot of opportunities, memories and friends. You will be able to feel the atmosphere of growth and innovations between 9th and 13th of August in the Carpathians. This year’s Training Camp is aimed at strengthening the capacity of several National Committees of EYP. The pool of trainees will be composed of National Committees representatives from countries who participate in the BASES (Building A Strong European Society) program. The event will host around 100 participants from Ukraine, Georgia, Belarus, Russia, Azerbaijan and other European countries. The program of the 2nd Training Camp consists of four pillars: Project Management, EYP Chairing, EYP Media and NC development. The project aim is to create a future generation of Project Managers, Chairpersons, Media Team members and board members. Participants are able to choose the module to attend according to the level of experience and preference. Besides, this year all modules will include train-a-trainer part, and all trainees will pursue skills and methodology of leading a training event from a scratch. All the Head Organisers of major EYP Ukraine’s events in 2017 have participated in the last year Training Camp. That proves the high quality of gained knowledge and the strength of given motivation by the project. Inspired by the 1st Training Camp, we are creating a new page of EYP history, which will influence the development of EYP, add in capacity building of the network and civil society in Ukraine and Europe. It is decided to keep the fire of inspiration in the Carpathian Mountains. 5 days of Western Ukraine, Holi-festival, bonfires, thematic parties, and the most precious knowledge will make this summer unforgettable. Moreover, inspired by the global tendency of the sustainable development, Training Camp is a part of it, as it is going to be organised friendly to the ecosystem and do recycle during the event.
