A documentary mosaic detailing the behaviour of festival-goers over three days. As they enter the Lowlands Festival, the Lowlanders embrace a different world. For some it represents an escape from daily existence, for others it is a gateway to a new life that must be celebrated. What happens when 40.000 people have to share a small area for three days and nights? As they cut loose, a feeling of togetherness rises from the chaos and many show creative solutions for the lack of space, time and sleep.
