Exotics & Elegance Premier Car Show Thank you for your interest in this Event! This event is the first one of its kind ever to be held in the Western New York Area. There are many great shows around the area, but none will compare to this one! This show is to showcase exotic, luxury, sport, rare, vintage and collectable vehicles. Whether it be a rare exotic or an original vintage, ALL cars are superb in their own respects.

The goals of this show;  Have representation from each brand manufacturer  Display cars that people do not have access to view, other than the internet. This would allow dealers/manufacturers the opportunity to deal directly with consumers on a face to face basis.  Bring in Sponsors that are looking to expand their company name out to this area of the Northeast.  Allow collectors and individual consumers the opportunity to showcase their cars and network amongst each other.  Accomplish a great mix of new and old vehicles.

 All booths reserved require a non-refundable 50% deposit, balance due day of show  All vendors must be unloaded and set up before 8 am day of show  No water or power to vendor booths. Please bring appropriate equipment.  Vendors are responsible for keeping premises around booth clear of all debris. Vendors will be assessed a garbage removal fee of $100 otherwise.

Exotics & Elegance Premier Car Show May 21, 2011 Required Waiver of Liability & Release On behalf of the entire group participating in the May 21, 2011 “Exotics & Elegance” show, I assume all risk of bodily injury, property damage, and personal damage that may occur by participating in the above mentioned show. For myself/ourselves, their heirs, executors, agents and administrators, do hereby forever waive and release any and all claims against and agree to hold harmless the “Exotics & Elegance” car show, it’s committee, sponsors and volunteers and the City of Buffalo, New York with their respective officers, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, successors or assigns any kind from any and all claims which may be made for any cause whatsoever arising as a result of participation. Further, I hereby consent to allow my picture or likeness to appear in any official document, news release, sponsor advertisement and/or television/radio coverage of the event within or as part of the “Exotics & Elegance” car show, and grant permission to use and/or publish photographic portraits, or pictures, video tape/film of me in which I may be included in whole, part, composite or reproductions thereof in black and /or color or otherwise made through media now known, for art, advertising trade or any other similar lawful purpose whatsoever, including the publicity and promotion of this event itself, excluding commercial use of or by marketing sponsors.

Content - please keep in mind, this event is open to the public so please be responsible and mindful of what is visible in your display area



Deadlines - Applications accepted up to Jan. 15, 2011



Refunds - No refunds will be given after Feb. 15, 2011



Sponsor fees - Any and all fees associated with Sponsorship level chosen are due in full at time of application



Vendor fees - Any and all vendor fees associated with your space are due in full at time of application



Booth - We will try to accommodate requests for particular booth spaces, but there are no guarantees. Tents are allowed, you must bring your own and must be securely fastened..



Insurance - ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE. Please submit copy with your application and payment.

This is an alcohol free event. It is not allowed under any circumstances

The Jacquie Hirsch For A.L.L. Foundation was established in October 2007 after Jacquie's diagnosis with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia. Initially, this organization's main focus was medical & travel expenses associated with providing the absolute best possible care and comfort for Jacquie's brave fight. As time continued, Jacquie's fight gained more and more attention and this organization grew rapidly as an extension of Jacquie's energetic and altruistic personality. Finding ways to give back and help others, a plan was devised in order to confront leukemia and other obstacles associated with cancer. Please explore our site further to understand how you can get involved to make a difference and join our fight against this unyielding enemy. At the heart of our Foundation Alliance is:
