CAPE MAY FORUM Presented by Cape May Forum Bloom is a freelance journalist who lives in Durham, N.C. She is a garden writer, floral designer and professional horticulturist. Lorraine teaches many classes at Triple Oaks Nursery and Herb Garden in Franklinville, NJ, the family business she and her husband Ted started in the mid 1970 ‘s. Lorraine is founder and chairman of the South Jersey Unit of the Herb Society of America. She serves on the horticulture committee of the National Herb Garden in Washington, DC and has written a chapter in the Brooklyn Botanical Garden’s book on fragrant plants.
