Name: Brian Marker, Jr. Occupation: Busperson and kitchen help at Cucina Rosa Age: I’m 23. Hometown: I was born and raised here in Cape May. How long have you worked here? This is my eighth summer – I started here in May of 2003. Best thing about the job? That would have to be my great coworkers. It’s just a really strong crew of very nice people. What do you recommend here? My favorite is the Seafood Fra Diavlo. It’s pretty spicy, though! What’s your OTHER dream job? That would probably be teaching high school – graphic design, most likely. Favorite thing about Cape May? I like the way it changes. It’s never boring – crazy busy in the summer and much slower in the winter, but always has that small-town feeling.
