Date Time Ongoing 7.45 - 8.45pm
(Advanced - level 6) This class will focus on more advanced inverted positions including arms only grips, progressions from your shoulder mount and more difficult combinations. At this level you will be expected to carry out high-level drills to push your strength and flexibility to the next level. You will be expected to lift all inverts at this stage. (Advanced Intermediate - Level 5) Each Level 5 class will start with a series of drills to help with your strength and stability, then focus on more advanced inverted positions including shoulder mounts, preparation for arms only moves and supermen to name a few. thursday Course Spin City Pole Fitness Class (Beginners) If youâ€™re new to pole dance this is the class for you. Pole is a great way to keep fit and have fun; you will learn some basic spins as well as climbing the pole. You will also learn some of these spins on your weak hand and even one handed. Donâ€™t forget they run free tasters on the last Friday of each month.
