Our teaching trains MBAs to use and adapt a variety of models, frameworks and best practices. Career Path Development We want to help our MBAs make their desired career adjustments and enhancements. Our career services includes one-on-one coaching with a dedicated career advisor who can help you build a progression plan based on your existing strengths and weaknesses. You will also have the opportunity to meet subject and industry experts from your fields of interest and development. Building connections to business leaders and alumni is an integral benefit of our MBA experience. Personal Development We know that for many, an MBA is about challenging oneself, gaining access to new ideas and a being immersed in a group of talented peers. The culture of our programme is collaborative, and it thrives because of the small and personal class we have.

Objective Our aim is to provide the foundations and applications in management that are both theoretically solid and practically relevant.

These are taught in an interdisciplinary approach for which the University of St.Gallen is famous. The programme blends Swiss best practices with international ones.

Structure Core Courses Core courses cover a range of general management subjects, including Corporate Finance, Global Business Environment, Leadership, Marketing & Communications, Supply Chain Management and Strategy. Courses take place in a variety of locations across Switzerland and Europe. Integration Courses These courses identify and build linkages between the core material. Highlights include the Learning Assessment Week (LAW), where students are challenged to transfer theoretical business concepts learned in the core courses into applied, integrative general management solutions. They are examined by a panel made up of professors and experts from business. LAW utilises the Financial Times, a global business newspaper, to create oral and written exam case problems based on current events. Elective Courses Five elective courses are selected from a range of topics. These include Business Model Innovation, Design Thinking and Mergers & Acquisitions. Courses are taken alongside Fulltime MBAs, allowing for increased networking amongst the MBA community. We have partnerships with other business schools in Europe and Asia where MBAs can take one elective, adding to the breadth of available options.
