Every company follows a project, likewise, every project is a loyal image of the CREATIVITY, WILL AND PERSISTENCE of a human mind. It would be difficult to get EXAFAN´s essence if we did not know the beginning of such project. Exafan was created 25 years ago by Mr. Juan Pascual Nadal, its founder and owner. His enterprising personality and creative mind, induced him to study Industrial Electronics where he chose design with microprocessors and robotics as speciality, which would be decisive for EXAFAN´s development later on. Driven by his interest and sensibility towards animals, he decides to visit several farming shows and gets convinced that he can contribute to such activity a lot, providing the animals with the required comfort, which increases the production outcome without a doubt at the same time. Starting from this moment, he gets involved in such project. We would not say the truth if we did not affirm that the beginning was very hard, although adversities did not undermine his determination, he managed to gather a remarkable group of people little by little, most of them continue being inspired by the founder´s enthusiasm. Exafan is an active and dynamic company in constant development that does not stop from adapting itself to the market requirements. Therefore, Juan Pascual does not hesitate to keep in touch with daily work, travelling with his staff all over the world while building human relationships with customers and distributors, this allows him perceiving the market profile in person, which certainly also helps to the successful development of the most convenient products for each requirement. Climate control

The SCA system program allows a control by means of curves, since ventilation requirements vary according to the animals age. Even though this programming technology with curves is incorporated in other lines of climate controllers, the easy change and correction of the SCA computer influences increase the control possibilities. The system also allows us to register the building events in detail a well as storing the information regarding temperature, air inlets, fans….This enables to keep track of the breeding periods thanks to the data stored. The environmental conditions within each region are also different, that´s why it is possible to modify the required environmental parameters. All of it in a graphic and intuitive way.

One of the remarkable features of the SCA is the non – use of peripherals in order to control the air inlets, with the corresponding saving as the computer controls its motors independently.

EHG-COMPACT

FEATURES: The EHG – compact main particularity has been its development under Windows. This guarantees its easy handling and comfort. The fact of being able to access a lot of information in one single click makes the management of the many options offered by the computer easier. Its learning process is intuitive and represents no difficulty for a person used to Windows applications. By means of the different kinds of sensors (probes, weather stations, powermeters…), the EHG computer is in charge of analysing the conditions inside and outside of the farm as well as change every element in order to make these mentioned inside building conditions proper whenever necessary. Since it works with curves, animal conditions are kept ideal during the growing period; the way the computer handles the different influences enables to fully take advantage of the outside conditions. That´s why the EHG computer fulfils an intelligent control. This has a major effect on grater savings as well as healthier animals. Besides, the computer bears in mind the quantity of animals being in the building and calculates its optimal ventilation according to their number.

High pressure fogging system

The perfect water micronization is the most important factor in a cooling system. This is fulfilled thanks to the exclusive design of our nozzle that guarantees long endurance for high pressure environments. By means of the use of the well known vaporization system, EXAFAN has developed a range of high-pressure pumps (40 atmospheres, from 600 l / h up to 1.800 l / h); it is also possible to supply made to order facilities. As a complement, we own the nebulization nozzle with support and antidrip elements made of stainless steel with either copper or PVC tubes. APLICATIONS • Cooling in poultry farms either fatteners or breeders. • Pig farms, gestation, farrowing and weaning. • Greenhouses. • Champignon.

FEATURES: • Clean combustion; the CIK peculiarity is its atmospherical burner with a special mixer included as well as its electronic switch on, full of ceramic electrodes and ionized flame control. This exclusive system dramatically improves ignition, combustion and reduces the CO2 presence in the air flow at only 0,3%. • Total reliability: the multigas atmospherical burner works with methane and butane gas too, its switch on with antiderivation ceramic double electrode makes it a strong and reliable product. The high power fan is run by an electrical motor with sealed cushions and cooling blades. • Easy maintenance: the outside cover is easily detachable, without disconnecting the electrical installation and without handling any mechanical organ as well. The internal organ maximum accessibility, project clearness and technical level of the product reduce its maintenance and cleaning operation, whereby the CIK has two wide side doors. • Maximum performance: the mixture of the combustion product with the used air ensures a 100 % thermal performance, it doesn´t require any smoke outlet.

FEATURES: • Minimum loss of feed. • Lower use of manpower. • Improvement of the hygienic conditions for the poultry. The auger feeder “Leo” achieves its goal of feeding chicks from the first day without using other feeding sources. Thanks to the pan height of only 7,5 cm, the one day old chick is capable of feeding itself of its own will The analysed design of the auger feeder “Leo” prevents the chick from getting inside the pan. The auger feeder “Leo” teaches the chick how to eat from outside through the retaining rings

The new and innovating feeder for the broiler industry. The EOS has been analyzed in detail to get perfectly adapted to the animal requirements, since the first days until the cycle end. During the first days, the pan remains on the floor. The flat bottom (only 55m high) makes the access to the food by the chicks very easy.

The central bell favors the feed to remain clean and with no risk of getting polluted.

The quantity of feed getting to the pans decreases according to the animal age, thanks to an innovating system of rotating openings. Along the cycle day, the pan is lifted from the floor, minimizing the availability of the fodder and optimizing the space available, it enables to easily feed the adult animals

Cleaning position A kit of levers is available to allow the line to be rotated for easier end of flock cleaning, without removing the pans.
