This retreat will be a series of hands-on workshops from cooking wholesome meals, learning about nutritional aspects of the ingredients, guided meditations, stretches and simple exercises, and more! You’ll leave this retreat knowing how to clear your home and yourself energetically. Join our mind, body and soul spring cleaning!

Blackflies tend to appear in mid to late May in the Muskoka area, and mosquitoes are at their worst in June. We should be all clear for bugs during our stay!

MEET THE RETREAT FACILITATORS

We hope to see you there! We’ve designed this retreat for you to be able to unplug and reconnect with yourself, nature, and others.

Jackie mirkopoulos

Jackie is a vibrant beam of light infused with pure love. Her hunger for learning and experience has inspired her to find a deeper approach to holistic health.

Lilian walks with contagious energy that will make you feel like you got a dose of endorphins by being near her.

She has a combined 15 years of experience with Fascial Stretch Therapy, Kinesiology, Massage Therapy, Life Stretch, Reiki, and Mindful Meditation and is deeply involved in the Toronto health and fitness community. The above combined with her passion for food and digestive health will help people truly heal from the inside out. Jackie’s mission is to educate and empower people in connecting with and reclaiming their inner power, and learning to become their own healer. Her personal evolution in cultivating self-awareness has her excited about igniting that desire in others.

She is recharged by helping people connect to movement and mindfulness; having worked for the City of Toronto in Recreation for over 15 years she knows the importance of play for all ages and is making it her mission to connect people with their inner kid to learn to laugh, move and play with no judgement. Her journey of self-healing brought her to find the magical works of Reiki and Fascial Stretch Therapy, and since has been helping people use these tools to heal themselves. She works out of b-Stretched in Toronto and facilitates workshops and social events to get people out of their comfort zone and into their power zone.

Most of all, you’ll be able to return home not needing a vacation from your vacation!
