Be Volunteer at Leeds Festival!

2012 Give up your free time for a worthwhile cause and have free access to Leeds Festival. Every year Leeds Festival attracts thousands of music lovers. Keeping the site environmentally friendly is a huge challenge that the Green Messengers try to manage. This volunteering experience gives volunteers the chance to have access to the festival for free.

What will I do?

As a Green Messenger you will work to promote recycling, collect cans & plastic bottles and salvage good quality, re-usable camping equipment that has been left in the campsites which will be given to charity and community organisations.

How long will I have to work?

Green Messengers will work a total of 24 hours (divided in shifts). You need to be free from the Thursday 23rd to the Tuesday 28th August.

And what about the Festival?

Please note that some of your shift can be during concerts, even if we will make sure to give you free time in the festival to enjoy all the bands and entertainment on offer!

Deposit?

To be part of this exciting experience, the Festival is asking a deposit. We offer the possibility to our volunteers to give deposit in the form of either ÂŁ 200 or a valid passport. For more info about the deposit please click here.

How to apply?

If you are 18+ , full of energy, you don’t mind getting your hands dirty and you have a passion for recycling, send the application form fully completed to Raphael : raphael@everythingispossible.eu . To download the APPLICATION FORM visit volunteeratleedsfestival.blogspot.co.uk

DEADLINE: Thursday 9th August 2012.
