General notes on

Gratuity (tipping)

It is common practice for a restaurant to add gratuity to your bill for a party of 6 or more. A restaurant may also automatically add gratuity to the bills of international guests. This practice is meant to assist international visitors who may be unclear about tipping customs in the United States. It is recommended to ask your wait staff in advance about their policies regarding gratuity at the establishment you are eating. Is it customary to tip on a to-go order? Yes. The server who boxed your food and bagged it is providing you the same service as a server who brought you your food. The server usually will tip the cook who prepared the to-go order as well. Take care of your wait staff and they will take care of you. As seasons change and market conditions vary, menu items may change over the course of the year. It is advised to always verify specific menu items (seasonal items, market price) prior to making dinner plans. During festivals and large community events it is courteous to call and make reservations in advance. (Name, number in party, special seating requests-booth, table, smoking/non-smoking and most importantly a phone number) Some restaurants accept reservations, others take first come first seated. It is always wise to call prior to eating at a new restaurant. If a server, host or hostess goes out of their way to find you a seat, it is customary to tip them.

Specialty Pizzas

Tostada Pizza-This is our biggest pizza! Pan style only, this pizza is heaped with refried beans, grated mozzarella and Monterey jack cheese, and fresh ground beef. After the pizza cooks we add the toppings: shredded lettuce, fresh tomatoes, black olives, red onions, cheddar and provolone cheese. Then you can season it with sour cream and salsa. Pizza Barn Special- Our own blend of five natural cheeses, salami, pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, linguica, group beef, sausage, red onions and green bell peppers. Anchovies on request. Pizza Barn Veggie Special-Our own blend of five natural cheeses, mushrooms, zucchini, red onions, green bell peppers, artichoke hearts, and tomatoes. Pesto Pizza-Starts with basil-pesto sauce, olive oil, monterrey jack and mozzarella cheese. Toppings-fresh garlic, green onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, sausage; covered with more cheese on top. The Veggie Pesto - Starts with basil-pesto sauce, olive oil, monterrey jack and mozzarella cheese. Toppings-fresh garlic, green onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, zucchini, artichoke hearts(olives on request); covered with more cheese on top.

The Chicken Pesto - Starts with basil-pesto sauce, olive oil, monterrey jack and mozzarella cheese. Toppings: diced, seasoned white chicken breast, green onions, red bell peppers, tomatoes, seasoned with lemon pepper and covered with more cheese on top. BBQ Chicken – Seasoned spicy chicken chunks with tangy BBQ sauce, fresh garlic, red onions topped with cheese. Chicken Garlic – A thin layer of butter and chopped garlic, topped with 100% white chicken breast, green onions, sliced tomatoes and covered with monterrey jack cheese. Chicken Alfredo – Starts with a creamy white alfredo sauce. Our own blend of five natural cheeses, Canadian bacon, sausage, breakfast bacon, green onions and tomatoes. The Luau – Our own blend of five natural cheeses, Canadian bacon, breakfast bacon, tomatoes, red onions, and juicy pineapple. The Carnivore – Our own meat lover’s pizza. Our blend of five natural cheeses piled with salami, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, sausage, linguica and ground beef. The Chicago – Our Chicago deep-dish pizza starts with our famous made-from-scratch dough and placed in a 1 ½“ deep dish pan. We brush the crust with garlic butter, then layer the crust with our five cheese blend. Add the toppings – pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, olives, green peppers and onions and topped with our zesty tomato sauce with basil. You’ll love it!

Potato Skins – 6 potato boats filled with cheddar and provolone cheese then topped with breakfast bacon and green onions. Served with sour cream and salsa. Breadsticks – 4 breadsticks covered with melted garlic butter and baked golden brown. Topped with grated cheese. Comes with spicy pizza sauce.
