Including Drug Paraphernalia Examples and Emerging Drug Trends Elko County Narcotics Unit, Detective Mike Keema and Sergeant Doug Fisher will help participants recognize some signs, symptoms and side effects of drug use and how these can be easily mistaken for Paranoid Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder and other mental health issues.
