EveryonePrint 3.3 - What’s new? • New Apple iOS AirPrint system – no more app! • Now native Android printing! • Added support for multiple LDAP servers for authentication • Added option to disallow open email registration • Added possibility to have device groups based on Windows security groups • Added support for Windows 8 Driver Print clients • Ricoh device embedded release terminal (SDK10) .. And much much more.

Apple iOS AirPrint Step 1: •Add the EveryonePrint Mobile Gateway to the wifi network •Any printer in EveryonePrint is announced to iOS devices via Apple Bonjour

Apple iOS AirPrint Step 2: Users click “Print� in any application supporting printing and choose the printer broadcast from EveryonePrint.

Apple iOS AirPrint Step 3: a. If EveryonePrint is configured for authentication -> users must authenticate when choosing printer (only done once!)

Apple iOS AirPrint Step 3: b. If EveryonePrint is configured for release code print -> users install EveryonePrint app, and can see their release code in the app after sending a job

Android Print Step 1: •Add the EveryonePrint Mobile Gateway to the wifi network

Android Print Step 2: •Users download (free) EveryonePrint Android App from Google Market

Android Print Step 3: Configure the App to connect to EveryonePrint Mobile Gateway and authenticate if required by configuration

Android Print Step 4: Users print using “Share via…” or “Send to…” and choosing EveryonePrint, or choosing “Pick file to print” from within EveryonePrint app.

Android Print Step 5: If using Release Code printing, user must return to app, to view release code.

User Windows security groups to manage user access to devices • Create device groups in EveryonePrint matching Windows group memberships, and users will see only their allowed printers.
