Arrive to Millthorpe Motel for check-in. Time to unpack, relax and explore the town where there are two great pubs and a fabulous Chefs Hat restaurant.

Depart from Millthorpe Motel to Mount Panorama for the first full day out.

Arrive at Mount Panorama for practice at 08.30. Spend the day at the mountain exploring the entertainment, shops, cars and find the best vantage points to watch the race. If you opt for a Grandstand or Hospitality upgrade, today might be about exploring the venue as Saturday and Sunday are the main days to enjoy the race from your seats or hospitality venue.

What’s your COVID-19 policy? We introduced new protective meaasures for our customers in June 2020. If COVID-19 restrictions inhibit travel for the event, you will receive a full refund less a small handling fee or you can postpone to new dates without penalty. We’ve also reduced the deposit required to book and introduced flexible payment plans. Terms apply.

Yes, if you’re planning on driving to Bathurst, you can self-drive for each package, which will give you ultimate freedom to come and go from the circuit at your leisure. If self-driving, we can remove the transfers from Sydney airport with a deduction.

What’s the difference between the Millthorpe and Bathurst Packages? The Bathurst Package includes accommodation in Bathurst and is not escorted by a Trip Manager. this means once you are dropped off from the transfer, you’re on your own for the weekend and can come and go from the circuit at your leisure. To get to the circuit you can walk, take a taxi, selfdrive or use the shuttle service.

Can I book this from New Zealand?

If opting for the Millthorpe experience, you will have a Trip Manager with you on each transfer to and from the circuit each day and staying with you in Millthorpe. Millthorpe is 30 minutes from Bathurst and is a quaint and quiet town that offers a relaxing atmosphere for you to unwind after a big day at Mount Panorama.
