Every day new supplements are coming onto the market claiming that they'll help you lose a certain amount of weight in a certain amount of time. I've ended up trying a lot of them over the years, and I've ended up trying new diets just as much. I lost a little bit of weight from all this stuff, but I'm still over weight and none of these things ended up helping me the way they said they would. A friend of mine recently suggested I check out a supplement called African Mango, and of course I was really skeptical that it would do anything. My friend said I should take two pills per day, preferably after eating breakfast (it contains caffeine to help with weight loss, so don't take it before going to sleep). After one week of taking two pills per day of African Mango, I was already impressed with the changes I saw in my body. Not only did I actually feel like I had more energy and confidence, but in one week I'd lost 5 pounds! That's unheard of for me, as I usually find it extremely hard to lose any weight. For the most part I didn't change my diet or exercise routine, but I did cut out eating foods like McDonalds. What's really impressive is that I actually ended up sleeping better as well. I'd wake up feeling refreshed and not groggy.

Needless to say, I continued taking African Mango (and I still take it today), after one month of taking this supplement the results were astounding! In one month I'd lost 19 pounds of fat, and my body looked amazing (for the first time in my life). This definitely ended up boosting my confidence and I'm receiving compliments on a nearly daily basis now. I still take this supplement because I like the added health benefits that I feel like it's giving me. Plus I'm a little worried that if I stop taking it I'll end up gaining all the weight back (people say you won't though). I definitely recommend you give African Mango a try if you're struggling to lose weight.
