CONCEPT Developing build-to-suit 20,00 square feet to 225,000 square feet of state-of-the-art corporate office spaces. Customized office space was the initiator in reflecting Anthem’s updated brand and evolving work trends for its associates. The open office environment created a comfortable work environment that fosters collaboration, maximizes flexibility, and increases work effectiveness. he customized office space reflects the innovative work-style the company culture is moving toward with state-of-the-art technology, ample amenity space and environmental branding throughout. Also implements developing outdated interiors up-to-date reflecting the overall look + feel across the enterprise. Company culture is reflected in branding, ergonomics, and workflow, allowing efficiency and accuracy from associate to customer.

OBJECTIVE "UNTUCKit is the first brand to make shirts designed specifically to be worn untucked. With 50+ stores across the country—and more on the way—everyone can experience their unique Try-On Shirts, which allow customers to shop faster and smarter with styles cut specifically to their frame.

OVERVIEW Involves developing several design concepts, providing design development, detail development and construction documentation for roll-out and unique high-profile locations.
