“Malagueña” Salad-Spain Ingredients: 1 kilo of potatoes Spring onion 2 oranges Dry cod. Parsley Green olives Salt, vinegar and olive oil. Preparation: Peel off the potatoes and cut them roughly. Boil them in water with some salt. When they are soft, put the water away. To take off the salt of the dry cod, you must have it in a bowl with water for almost one day, changing the water twice. Chop the spring onion and the oranges (once they have been peeled off). Crumble the cod. In a big bowl, put the boiled potatoes, the spring onion, the oranges, the cod, some parsley, the olives, salt, vinegar and olive oil. Mix all the ingredients and the salad will be ready!

Turkish recipe AYRAN A very easy ,healthy and delicious drink for summer days.. HOW TO MAKE: 1 cup of yoghurt 1 cup of water salt Put all the above in a blender.Mix for about 35/40 seconds.Pour into glasses.It's ready to drink.

Spanish recipe GAZPACHO Ingredients: 2 kilos of ripe tomatoes 2 thick slices day-old bread 1 medium cucumber 1 green pepper 1 clove of garlic 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil salt, water Peel off tomatoes and take out the seeds. Peel off the cucumber. Take out the pepper seeds. Chop roughly the tomatoes, the pepper, the cucumber, the garlic and the bread. Put all these ingredients into a bowl blender. Then add some salt, the vinegar and the olive oil. Mix all the ingredients with the mixer. You can add some water if you prefer it smoother.

A home made healthy sweet from Greece Ingredients 1 kilo of strawberries ½ a cup of lemon juice 1 kilo sugar 2 cups of water Put the strawberries in a bowl and spray them with lemon juice. Let them stay in the bowl for 2-3 hours. Put the sugar and the water in a pot and mix them until the sugar melts. Boil the syrup for five minutes without mixing it. Drain the strawberries and put them in the syrup. Boil them for five minutes removing the bubbles with a spoon. Take the strawberries out of the syrup and put them in a strainer. Boil the syrup alone until it thickens. Put the strawberries back in the syrup and boil them for five more minutes. Remove the pot from the fire and shake it a lot of times so as to cool the sweet. Put the sweet in a jar.

Feta Greek Salad Ingredients Âź cup pitted olives 1/2cup thinly sliced red onion, separated into rings 6 tomatoes, cut into wedges 1 medium cucumber sliced 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaf Directions 1.Combine all ingredients except feta cheese in large bowl; toss gently 2.Sprinkle with cheese 3.Add olive oil, salt and oregano

Romanian sweet pepper salad •4 Romanian red peppers or red bell peppers, washed, stemmed, seeded and cut into big slices •3 tablespoons white-wine or red-wine vinegar •3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil •1 teaspoon salt or to taste •1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper •1 teaspoon sugar or to taste •1 teaspoon sweet or hot Hungarian paprika (optional) •12 or more pitted brined black olives •4 ounces cubed feta cheese

1 watermelon 2 peaches Bunch of qrapes juice

1 melon 2 bananas

2 pear 2 apples Lemon

All fruit should be washed. Cut the watermelon in 2 halves. Cut out balls with a spoon. Do the same with melon. Pell pears, bananas and apples and cut into large cubes. Add the grapes. Mix all the ingredients and put in the watermelon’s halves. Pour lemon juice.

Romanian Eggplant salad Ingredients: •2 medium eggplants •1tbsp. salt •1/2 cup olive oil •the juice of 1 lemon •1/2 onion – chopped finely •8 black olive(optional if you like olives) After you peeled the cooked eggplants cut off the stem end. Press eggplant meat to squeeze out water. With the edge of a wooden spoon or wooden spatula chop the eggplant meat until fine. While beating with the fork, add olive oil very slowly, in a steady thin stream. Add lemon juice, also very slowly, continuing to beat another minute or two. You can mix it with chopped onion or place chopped onion in a dish,and let each person, according to taste, add some and mix into the salad.
