EuroSIMA invites human resources managers to meet several times per year in order to share their competence. The association also offers a wide range of training sessions in this field: Lean Management, risk management, new social rules and regulations, etc.
EuroSIMA encourages collective human resources projects and provides companies with assistance to implement such projects: travel management, ISO 26000 or GPEC regulations, etc.
Through its employment platform, EuroSIMA allows companies to promote what they have to offer to the boardsports industry. The platform also includes company listings, job descriptions and virtual tours of certain head offices in the industry.
Training In association with ADEC (Action Développement Emploi et Compétences Territoriale) and thanks to the Cluster, EuroSIMA offers free training programs to help develop skills and talent for boardsports employees.
