The organisation aims to unite spas and therapists to provide a ‘safe haven’ for those touched by cancer. UK Spa Association Founded in 2013, the UK Spa Association (UKSA) is a not-for-profit impartial trade body. Its aim is to bring unity and a voice to its members and partners in the wider spa sector. World Federation of Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy Founded in 1937, the World Federation of Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy (FEMTEC) brings together the public and private institutions that represent thermal establishments in more than 30 member countries (either statutory or affiliated). Based in Italy, it promotes international collaboration by sharing sector-specific studies, research and training.
