dumpster diving (don’t take more than you need…) we literally dove into the dumpster bins behind the supermarkets. The food we found there made up ⅓ of the food we needed, luckily some supermarkets also donated some of their leftover stuff. On the day of the actual cooking the first step was to examine what food we had at our disposal and what to make out of it. We tried to use everything we had and wasting as little as possible. It was a challenging and fun experience. The food we cooked was delicious!

3) Måndag / Creating solutions Workshop expert: Arto Sivonen (Måndag)

The themes of the workshop were how to develop creative thinking skills, how to come up with new approaches and new ideas and how to put them into practice. First we discussed the attitudes needed for developing (business) ideas and then divided in 3 groups we combined traditional brainstorming with creative thinking techniques in order to answer the question "How can we improve EuroEnviro events?" As a result we came up with three possible solutions for improving the organization of EuroEnviro in the coming years: creating a website, networking and spontaneous and/or purposeful gatherings in different countries. We hope to see some until next year :)!
