It is this country to country cooperation. analytical over view and an unorthodox approach that enables us to turn bottlenecks into opportunities and our challenges into amplifiers. We have reached a state where working harder will not be directly contributing to our growth. Working smarter is what is needed for our level of operations, and that’s how we excel. Like the GCDP Experiences we are facilitating, every experience we go through sends us to a new self-discovery journey, and now is your turn to grab hold of your own steering wheel, and choose where you want to head.

Engagement is critical to keep the brand of our TMP/TLP experiences healthy and relevant. I think the mark of its success will be when youth in Egypt & AIESEC Egypt find that their personal brands are enhanced by connecting to AIESEC. We need to encourage them to take that kind of ownership that enables them to take up more team experiences in AIESEC and drive our core operations. Achieving this happy state of affairs requires working through the process of creating newer and better opportunities, sustaining them and continuously evolving.
